A simple contact icon fixer utility!

Are your contact icons not showing up in Messages or Contacts?  This app can help!

After updating, flashing a new ROM, wrong permission "fixes", etc., contact icons are sometimes set with incorrect permissions. This small utility fixes these contact icon permissions. If for some reason this does not work, incorrect permissions are not the problem!
